VEGAN SHOPPING LIST - A LITTLE CHEAT SHEET FOR YOU GUYS

HEY GUYS! 

Gobby vegans is 11 days old today and I still can't believe how fast everything came around. 
I just wanted to thank every and each one of you for all the love, orders, comments, likes, shares, words of wisdom, trust, pictures in your new clothes and everything else. 
I truly mean it, when I say it means the world to me. 

So as a little thank you I have put together a little vegan shopping list you could share with your friends and family who perhaps are not vegans yet, or are brand new, or even just like me always forget what to buy when they walk in the shop ( seriously, I can't be the only one, right? )​

I know there is plenty of vegan super healthy grocery lists out there. But my opinion is, that if people who don't eat healthy at all, swap to veganism and go straight to whole foods plant based diet, they're setting themselves to fail. It's hard enough for plenty of us to take meat, dairy and eggs out of our diet, but taking junk food out as well makes it nearly impossible. Hence why I have included stuff like:
ice cream - shout out to Ben&Jerry's, Jude's ice cream, Magnum, Cornetto, Swedish Glace, Alpro and Oatly 
mock meats - that are really bloody high in protein and delicious as well - shout out to my favourites: Oumph, Richmond sausages, This chicken and bacon, Tesco own vegan range, Naked Glory (ha ha), Meatless Farm, Tofurky, Vivera, Beyond Meat
vegan cheese - violife is life, but also majority of the smaller artisan brands I've tried are bloody amazing!! 

.. honestly there is so much more and I won't list them all because that would be super boring. 
It's good to eat healthy ( seriously, like it will make you feel awesome) 
but there is also a thing called balance we all shout strive for. 


   There was so many other things I wanted to include, but as some of them are vegan in one country and not in the other ( hello coco pops, are you going to sort this out or what ) so I shall address these at another time at another blog. 

Anyway, au contraire to a popular belief, I don't really like to talk that much, so I shall finish this now and leave you be to go and enjoy the glorious weather outside.
